o Dealing with a wide range of products and using a powerful information database
o Provide remote solutions to problems
Eligibility:
o Any Arts/ Science graduate (10+2+3) / 10+2 or 10+3 with min 6 months of Domestic call center experience (voice or chat support)
o Fresh Graduate who have passed in 2008 or before (or)
o Domestic call center experience < 24 months (voice or chat support) o Total work experience apart from call center experience should be 60 months
