Network L1/L2*
2-5 Years of experience in; Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of high end routers, switches & Voice products.
(Switches 4500-7600). (Router-7200, 7600, 7500. 3700)

Exchange L1/L2*
2-5 years of experience in of Exchange 2003 2003/5.5, Configuration and basic troubleshooting, part replacement, installation of backup tools, Ad migration and exposure to any of the server monitoring tools.

Windows L1/L2*
2-5 years fo epxerience in oF Mid Range widnwos NT / 2003 Servers, configuration and basic troubleshooting , paart replacement installation of backup tools like Arc Serve etc and exposure to any of the server monitoring tools.

Site Incharge / Ops Maanager / Program manager*
4-10 years of experience in managing one or more large FMS projects/sites, strong people management & customer handling expertise. Exposure to ITIL/ITSM.


Enterprise Services

Sun Solaris Specialist
2-6 years of experience involved in activities like Instllation, Advanced Configuration, Performance Audits, Problem Management and Troubleshooting on Midrange and High End Sun Hardwares and Storages. Should have Sun Certifications like PE2 and PE3.

Networking Specialist
2-6 years of experience involved in activities like Installation, Advanced Configuration, Performance audits, Problem management & Troubleshooting on high-end Cisco Data or Voice Devices. Should have Cisco Certifications like CCNP/CCVP/CCIP/CCIE.
