Internetworking troubleshooting experience. Good analytical skills and ability to debug network issues. Ability to leverage technical expertise of others.
Performs analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems & network designs.
Generates reusable Intellectual Capital in the form of standard customer deliverables.
Leverages and contributes to Virtual Teams. Questions ways of working and suggests improvements.
Reviews network requirements and High Level Design.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies.
Independently coordinates and executes tasks.
Solid understanding of business process and requirements.

Desired Profile Designation:Network Consulting Engineer

Certification:CCNP 2 Papers (Routers,Switches)/CCIE would be a plus.



Skills Required:

Uses technical experience and skills to recommend solutions and their potential business impact.

Typically reports to Mgr, Advanced Services with a team lead setting goals and providing work direction.
Interfaces and works closely with others in a team environment to achieve common goals.
Ability to technically manage small projects sections of large, complex projects. Be able to multi-task.
Network Architecture & Technology Knowledge.
IOS Software Knowledge. CATOS & NetTools Knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across culture.
Ability to work successfully as a team member in a cross-functional matrix environment.
