Job Description :

Job Role : Tivoli Specialist
Skills:

Experience of NMS/OSS development using Tivoli (NetCool Proviso, Precision, and Omnibus)
Good knowledge of IP, MPLS and physical layer.
Experience of service level management reporting, network performance and capacity planning.
Database exposure (Oracle ideally).
Experience of Unix Shell Scripting / Perl
Capability to document information in a clear and precise manner for implementation, testing and operational teams is a must.

Responsibilities:
Development of solutions with an integrated OSS suite that includes fault management and performance monitoring/ reporting.
Implement and maintain these systems as the network and service portfolio expands to include video and voice services.
Develop enhanced rulesets to enable KPI monitoring of complex distributed services.
Take requirements from engineering, operations and other parts of the company and design and deliver systems in response.
Deliver technical projects and documentation within defined timescales.
