2+ Years of relevant Experience as windows administrator desktop support
Excellent in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Antivirus Management and Patch management.
Backup & Restore / Data Management.
Experience of at least Trouble shooting of CItrix Server/Client is must.
Configuration of Email Client MS Outlook 2003 Handling Critical User's calls.
Installation & Configuration of LaserJet/ DeskJet and Network printers
Have worked on Microsoft Outlook./Aware of how to handle an OS crash situation./Knows about Microsoft Office./Has handled Patch Management /Worked on HP/Dell desktops, /Knows what is a tool free design.
Very good communication skills
