Meomyo India requires Senior Symbian Software Engineer

Job Description
Meomyo LLC, USA has a full-time opportunity for an energetic, innovative, experienced and ambitious senior software engineer. As a member of the group you will be involved in development in all parts of the software lifecycle including requirement analysis, work breakdown, estimating, design, coding, unit and integration test coding, defect fixing, and supporting the project.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Assisting the Project Manager and Technology Architect preparing detailed requirements for projects based on high-level requirements
Developing designs that meet the project's high-level and detailed requirements
Reviewing the designs and code of your peers on the project
Supporting and maintaining software releases
Contributing to the design and development of unit and integration tests and test harnesses
Contributing to process improvement
Project maintenance keeping track of reported defects and providing fixes for them
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Symbian OS experience

2. Symbian Networking & Multimedia API Knowledge

3. Mobile handset software development - S60, S80, ..

4. MS Windows and/or Linux / Unix

5. Team Player, Go-getter, self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, Quick Learner, Flexible and adaptable to constant change

6. Excellent C++ skills with Object oriented design techniques

7. Knowledge of Multimedia, Streaming, Encoding etc Preferred
