# Receive initial problem notification from customer service center or other contract specific source
# Problem source identification
# Provide SW remotely
# Problem severity / impact validation
# Problem determination
# Provide support for the IBM Standard Desktop Products at the End User's work
# Apply emergency software fixes in support of problem resolution

# More than 24 months of experience.

# 15 years of education required

# Total 3 to 5 years of experience required

## Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical

# Networking & WindowsXP OS.
Certifications like Lotus Domino Admin /MCSE / CCNA are Preferable.

# Addition to the above the agent should have good communication skills
