Job Description:

Requirement-Ops manager

• Would work for Sitel project final deployment being at Cisco
• Needs to manage 10-15 members
• Needs to do end to end management of the members.
• Performance measuring needs to be done for the members
• Needs to have sound networking knowledge as will be responsible for imparting training to team members
• CCNA min required...
• Should demonstrate leadership qualities
• Manage roster and attendance
• Manage client feedbacks
Work closely with the team to identify training needs
Need to have an eye for details pertaining to performance issues, attritions
• Responsible for agent performance and grooming
• Head off any crisis like absenteeism, disgruntlement, ethics related issues etc

Skills

Minimum 4 years experience of which last 1 year should be in a similar
role handling a team of 10-15people
Proven abilities in managing multifarious challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Management skills
Ability to motivate and drive the team
Effective brand ambassador for organization
Ability to think on your feet
CCNA/CCNP must

Good communication is mandatory
