5 to 9 years of experience
Good experience in system implementation and administration in AIX
More than 2 years experience in cluster implementation and administration (HACMP)
Knowledge of other flavors of UNIX like Linux (Redhat and SUSE) and HP-UX administration
Certification to the advanced AIX System Administration standard
Certification on clustering SW (such as HACMP)
