AIX Administrator/HCL Comnet - Bangalore/3-10 yrs of experience

Job Description: -


Should have minimum 4+ year of Unix Administration experience with 3+ years of demonstrated experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining IBM AIX environment, will be responsible for: -


- Installing, configuring and maintaining IBM AIX servers

- Account and Printer administration

- Patch and package administration

- Configuration and administration of Logical volume manager.

- Fine tune the system for optimal performance

- Changing kernel parameters

- Understanding of SAN environment

- Day to day administration task on HACMP environment

- Understanding of Unix Security baseline

- Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue
