Role available:
1.Shift Lead (Skills:Desktop Management,To handle critical incident management, problem management, change management and help to resolve issues within the SLA/OLA for the project by co-coordinating with the respective domain teams, good networking knowledge on LAN, WAN, cisco switches/routers, DNS Concepts
, Basic understanding of industry standards like
ISO 20000, BS7799, COPC etc. with a focus on Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management will be preferred, should have knowledge of any helpdesk ticketing tools like BMC Remedy/Sunrise/HP Open view, knowledge of ITIL process.)- (Exp - 4 Yrs to 8 Yrs) (Position is in Bangalore)
